CLARA INSIGNIA

* We have received reports that bulk carrier CLARA INSIGNIA (IMO: 9800427) ran aground in a position south-east of Rosario, Argentina on 17 February 2024.

* According to reports, the vessel is being assisted by tugs to refloat it as it is obstructing all navigation through the channel.

* It is possible that General Average / Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.

* We therefore recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
