TOLLUND

* We have received reports that General Cargo vessel TOLLUND developed a list in challenging weather conditions in a position approximately 38 nautical miles east of Ljugarn, Sweden on 15 January 2024.

* It is reported that a quantity of the deck cargo was subsequently lost overboard whereafter the crew were able to regain control of the vessel.

* The vessel continued its voyage to Gdansk, where it is currently berthed.

* It is possible that Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.

* We therefore recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any of the cargo stowed on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
