* We have received reports that container carrier, Nova, experienced an engine failure in a position off Falkenberg, Sweden on 28 October 2023.

* It is reported that the vessel was taken under tow to Halmstad Port, Sweden, where the vessel remains.

* It is possible that General Average/Salvage and associated recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.
